Immanuel Communities is seeking a Assistant Retirement Living Consultant to work at The Landing located at 3500 Faulkner Drive, Lincoln, NE 68516. The Landing has 90 independent living, 34 assisted living and 14 memory support apartment homes.

 

The schedule for this position will be Monday through Friday 8:00 to 4:30 pm with occasional weekends and evenings for events. 

 

Pay will be based upon experience, certifications, skills and education.

What You Will Do

The overall purpose of this job is to serve as the backup to the Senior Retirement Consultant and contribute to meeting or exceeding community occupancy by working as a team to network, market and follow the Immanuel sales process with prospective residents and/or their families. The responsibilities of this job also include professionally representing Immanuel Communities in outreach to referral sources to build community awareness and relationships.

 

Skills & Requirements

Associate’s degree in marketing, communication, public relations, or a related field.

One (1) year of experience in building and managing relationships in consultative sales, public relations or related industry is required.
