Job Duties:

Generate leads through online sources, social media, and personal networks. Collaborate with the management team to develop and update sales strategies. Conduct outbound cold call campaigns to engage active accounts and increase service agreements. Resolve customer concerns using needs-based selling techniques and effective communication. Act as an expert resource, educating clients on the services offered and demonstrating excellent product knowledge. Maintain and forecast the team's sales pipeline activity within our CRM (Hubspot). Schedule follow-up actions and track progress against deadlines. Analyze data and create customer-facing reports. Achieve sales targets by effectively managing customer interactions and back-office teams. Build and nurture strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs. 

Education: The minimum qualification required for the performance of the above occupation duties is a bachelor
