We have an immediate opening in our Sales Management department. This role consists of managing a team of outside commissioned sales representatives from our office in Orlando, FL. Job Description: * Supervise 20-28 of our 50+ outside sales commission-based designers * Duplicate all established Company training systems, policies and procedures * Public speaking skills are a plus. * Accomplish performance driven sales objectives * Thrive in a fast-paced environment Requirements: * Recruiting, hiring, training, developing and managing a commission only sales force. * Achieve established monthly closing rate and volume performance objectives * Ability to learn, duplicate, and train our new employees with our Company model. * Results and achieve monthly goals * Forecast/ Report monthly performance.
