Assistant Sales Manager 

At Closets by Design- Boston we design, manufacture, and install a complete line of custom home organization systems. Our current growth has created a need for a Assistant Sales Manager, to support and develop our in-home sales as well as our team of Sales Managers.

This position is a full time position.

Responsibilities:

Assist the sales managers with daily tasks.  Assist with interviewing and recruiting sales people. Field calls from sales staff. Act as a training assistant in both one-on-one and group settings. Manage unsold jobs program.  Monitor and track sales milestones.

Requirements:

Prior experience in a sales coordination or administrative role.  Personal sales background of at least 2 years with a track record Commitment to follow our proven, successful sales model Proficient in analyzing sales numbers Working knowledge of Windows Office, Excel. Experience working with consumers Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
