Assistant Sales Manager  At Closets by Design- Boston we design, manufacture, and install a complete line of custom home organization systems. Our current growth has created a need for a Assistant Sales Manager, to support and develop our in-home sales as well as our team of Sales Managers. This position is a full time position. Responsibilities: * Assist the sales managers with daily tasks.  * Assist with interviewing and recruiting sales people. * Field calls from sales staff. * Act as a training assistant in both one-on-one and group settings. * Manage unsold jobs program.  * Monitor and track sales milestones. Requirements: * Prior experience in a sales coordination or administrative role.  * Personal sales background of at least 2 years with a track record * Commitment to follow our proven, successful sales model * Proficient in analyzing sales numbers * Working knowledge of Windows Office, Excel. * Experience working with consumers * Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
