Qualifications:2-3 years experience as a Dealership Assistant Sales Manager or Sales Manager REQUIREDAbility to make outbound calls daily and set appointments REQUIREDSkills to speak to customers daily and drive to get involved in deals and help close them REQUIREDKnowledge to train and lead sales team to high performance REQUIREDHigh Performance and Drive REQUIREDHyundai brand experience HIGHLY PREFERRED BUT NOT REQUIREDThe California pay range for this position is $100,000.00 to $180,000.00 depending on experience.
This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes <Commission> , and <Bonuses>.
