Assistant Sales Manager / Designer At Closets by Design – Chicago North based in Bartlett, we design, manufacture, and install a complete line of custom home organization systems. Our current growth has created a need for a matrixed role of Assistant Sales Manager & Designer, to support and develop our in-home sales as well as our team of Sales Managers. This position is a full time position, where a portion of the role will be an Assistant Sales Manager and the other portion, a Designer Assistant Sales Manager Responsibilities: * Assist the sales managers with daily tasks.  * Assist with interviewing and recruiting sales people. * Field calls from sales staff. * Act as a training assistant in both one-on-one and group settings. * Manage unsold jobs program.  * Monitor and track sales milestones. Requirements: * Prior experience in a sales coordination or administrative role.  * Some personal sales background of at least 1 year with a track record * Commitment to follow our proven, successful sales model * Proficient in analyzing sales numbers * Working knowledge of Windows Office, Excel. * Experience working with customers * Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
