The role of Assistant Scientist-Media Buffer Prep in BioTherapeutics Department, API Large Molecule, supports cell culture product development and downstream product collection. The role is responsible for scheduling Media and Buffer Preparations for new and existing molecules (both antibodies and other large therapeutical proteins) as well as maintaining and updating chemical and consumable inventory. The role supports the Media and Buffer Prep Laboratory and works with the team to meet

B.S degree in Biochemistry, Chemistry or equivalent or a minimum of 1-5 years of relevant experience Experience and Skills:Experience in formulation or manufacturing of Cell Culture Media or Buffers is highly preferred.Excellent oral and written communication skills are required.MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) proficiency, excellent oral and written communication skills Ability to work cross-functionally in a team environment while being an individual contributor required.Core Proficiencies:Problem Solving: Proactively seek solutions. Capture and analyze information systematically; Develop alternative solutions. Think analytically and act conclusively. Work independently and with supervision.Master Complexity: Competently handle day-to-day work challenges. Adapt to changes in the work environment; handle multiple tasks and exciting challenges.
