Reports daily payroll and GPS summary Prepares work order invoices for billing customers Following guidelines for customer’s specific billing needs and requirements Reports all billing totals daily Creates purchase orders and receives vendor invoices Identifies invoice inconsistencies and incorrect charges Supports senior management team and technicians Performs other duties as assigned Qualifications 3+ years of office administration experience.
