THE JOB:
The Security Assistant Shift Manager's main job is to supervise and manage the security staff during their shift. They make sure there are enough team members working, ensure everyone is doing their job correctly, and help keep a safe environment for both guests and employees. Everything they do must follow company rules, gaming regulations, and state laws.
 

THE STARTING RATE:
The annual salary for this position will be $67,000

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

Supervise security officers and support staffHire, train, schedule, and evaluate employeesEnforce policies and administer discipline when neededAssign work and ensure proper station coverageMaintain a safe environment for guests and employeesEnforce state, local, regulatory, and company policiesWork with outside agencies during security incidentsOversee Investigations & Incident ResponseAssist with and supervise onsite investigationsMonitor security operations and processesRespond to emergencies and reported threatsDocument incidents and ensure proper follow-upAddress guest questions and concerns immediatelyContact the appropriate department for assistance when needed

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

High School Diploma, GED or EquivalentAt least 2 years working in High End Security Leadership, previous Law Enforcement or Military ExperienceKnowledge of security operations, safety procedures, and emergency response protocolsStrong leadership abilities to supervise and support a teamAbility to interact professionally with guests, employees, and outside agencies

The typical pay range for this role is:

Minimum - Maximum

$47,165.76 - $77,351.64

Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.
