Manage day-to-day logistics to ensure contract requirements are met, with a focus on timely, high-quality service.Oversee cost efficiency in areas like payroll, fuel, and equipment, maintaining organized records and adhering to the preventive maintenance program.Customer Relationship Management
Build and sustain a positive relationship with customers by meeting or exceeding service goals and acting as a reliable point of contact.Administrative Oversight
Support the Site Leader with essential administrative tasks such as timekeeping, evaluations, and incident reporting.Education & Experience
High School Diploma required1+ years of supervisory experience, ideally in rail or logistics operationsExperience in military settings is valued but not requiredSkills & Abilities
