Job Title: Assistant Site ManagerJob Description
Candidates will be working as an Assistant Site Manager for a 25 MW project in Isle of Wright, VA. This position will last approximately 4 months specifically for this job. The project is expected to kick off in the next 2-3 weeks. Candidates must be comfortable working on behalf of the owner, developer, or EPC and should have utility-scale solar experience. The role includes managing Mechanical, Electrical, and Civil firms, keeping track of the schedule, budget, and performance of the site.
Responsibilities
+ Manage Mechanical, Electrical, and Civil firms on site
+ Keep track of the project schedule, budget, and performance
+ Coordinate with various firms to ensure project completion
+ Work on behalf of the owner, developer, or EPC
Essential Skills
+ Experience in utility-scale solar projects
+ Experience as a Site Manager or Construction Manager
+ Comfortable working on behalf of the owner, developer, or EPC
+ Ability to manage Mechanical, Electrical, and Civil firms
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience managing projects in a trailer setting
+ Ability to work 50 hours per week
Work Environment
Candidates will be working on a 25MW job site in Isle of Wright County, VA. The work setting will be in a trailer, collaborating with several different firms to complete the project. Travel expenses, including hotel and meals, are covered upfront through an app. Each site manager is provided with a truck and gas card, with coordination for vehicle pick-up and drop-off based on individual needs.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $65.00/hr.
