Job Title: Assistant Site Manager

What this job involves:

As an Assistant Site Manager at JLL, you'll support the Site Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations, with a focus on coordinating vendor activities and ensuring service quality. You'll assist in maintaining site standards, addressing operational issues, and supporting the implementation of site-specific strategies to meet client needs.

Your day-to-day tasks will include:

Assisting in the coordination and supervision of hard and soft services vendors on siteConducting routine site inspections to ensure vendor compliance with service agreementsSupporting the Site Manager in vendor performance reviews and quality assessmentsHelping to resolve day-to-day operational issues and vendor-related concernsCollecting and organizing data for site performance reports and analysesAssisting in the implementation of site-specific operational procedures and protocolsParticipating in safety and compliance initiatives to maintain a secure work environmentLiaising between vendors, on-site staff, and the Site Manager to facilitate communication

Desired experience and technical skills:

Requirements:

1-3 years of experience in facility management, operations, or related field1-3 years of experience in vendor management and service level agreementsGood communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office suite and basic familiarity with facility management softwareAttention to detail and ability to multitask in a dynamic environmentWillingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies

Preferred:

Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, or related fieldExperience in a customer-facing role within a corporate or commercial settingFamiliarity with common building systems and maintenance practicesBasic knowledge of health and safety regulations in a workplace settingExperience with data collection and basic reportingUnderstanding of sustainable practices in facility managementExposure to project management principles
