Assistant Slot Manager
Golden Route Operations
Summary:
Assist in the day to day operations and direct supervision of all activities within the Slot Department across all Pahrump Properties. Ensure daily operations and experiences meet guest expectations. Appropriately respond to and manage any escalated departmental concerns and guest and/or team member challenges.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Assist in the hiring, training, evaluation, development, and disciplining of departmental employees Act as a liaison, as necessary, between line staff and departmental leadership to ensure leadership is aware of any challenges with job performance, staffing levels, and/or job tasks Address any guest concerns by providing guest service recovery Assist in management of MOD’s(Slot Shift Managers) ensuring they are held accountable and recognized for positive contributions. Assist in establishing standards of service Assist in management of labor within the department ensuring proper schedule coverage based on business demand Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations, if they apply to the position Provide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members that meets the company’s guest service culture standards Perform other duties as assigned
