What You’ll Be Doing:
Provide hands-on leadership to a team responsible for transportation and schedule management functions.Lead a multi-site operation, managing revenues, KPIs, budget planning, and talent management.Champion safety protocols and ensure all team members are committed to “Safety First.”Create and execute efficient daily and weekly schedules to meet business needs.Drive operational excellence by exceeding client expectations and delivering “Raving Fan” service levels.Lead recruiting and employee training initiatives to maintain a well-trained, qualified workforce.Oversee performance management, including documentation and delivery of performance write-ups and individual training plans.Ensure accurate documentation and scheduling for vehicle maintenance.Promote adherence to all office policies and procedures.What We Offer:

Requirements:
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in transportation or related industries- a plusStrong technical and leadership skills to manage schedules, projects, and teams.Passion for exceeding client expectations and addressing customer needs.Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.Must be fluent in English and eligible to work in Burlingame, CA.Evening shift - 5/6pm- closingWeekend / Holiday availabilityLocation: Burlingame, CA (In person)
