If this sounds like the right environment for you we invite you to apply below.  Job Summary Calling all conceptual thinkers, team players, and eyewear aficionados — KREWE is looking for an Assistant Store Leader to join our SoHo store team. The individual in this role will be a key member of the store leadership team, with a focus on community engagement that will increase brand awareness, drive traffic to store, and generate incremental revenue.  Responsibilities and Duties + Lead local community engagement efforts in partnership with GM/ASM that will increase brand awareness, drive traffic to stores, and generate incremental revenue + Partner with GM to lead in store and offsite events including conceptualization, execution, and tracking/reporting results + Manage, inspire, and train a team of sales specialists including education of frames, optical, events, and natural wines offered + Maintain visual brand standards at all times, this includes ensuring &Holiday back of house is kept to food safety standards + Assist leadership team with the in person sales experience through every step of the process + Work closely with your retail partners to ensure sales quotas are exceeded + Set daily team goals and strive to reach every day + Assist with inventory management + Act as a style advisor to every customer that walks through the door + Enjoy the sun (as always)!
