Key Responsibilities:

Participate in team member performance leadership by providing timely feedback, coaching and encouragementEnsure standards of service are met by greeting and providing excellent service to all guestsDrive store performance metrics such average transaction, Sourced & Certified sales %, and the overall businessOversee general operations of inventory control, replenishment, and merchandising guidelinesAccountable for learning ABC Fine Wine & Spirits’ product, and sharing knowledge with all guests and teamResponsible for following and enforcing all operational compliance policy to ensure safety Perform all typical leadership tasks/responsibilities including but not limited to; opening/closing the store, cash control reconciliation, delegating tasks and assignments, assisting with the hiring and training of new and existing staff, performance reviews, disciplinary actions, and terminations

Job Requirements:

21 years of age or olderAt least 6 months of experience and/or training in a management or leadership role; at least 1 year of education from a college or technical; school in Business Management or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experienceProven history of leadership and business agilityAbility to work a flexible schedule as business requires, night and weekends, especially during holidays

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to remain standing for long periods upwards of 8 hours at a time, frequently move about throughout the storeMust frequently lift and/or transport up to 35 pounds throughout the store including through any stockrooms or backroom on premisesOccasionally ascends and descends ladders and step stools to safely access stockroom and floor shelves as needed
