As an Assistant Store Manager (ASM), you will share responsibility for managing the store’s team members and the overall success of the store, including holding Sales Associates accountable for meeting sales goals by ensuring that they provide friendly, enthusiastic customer service. You will be expected to maintain a strong sense of product knowledge, communicating the ins and outs of technical motorcycle apparel from brands such as Arai, Shoei, Dainese, REV’IT!, Leatt, Klim and Alpinestars, and to provide customers and team members with in-depth information on product features and benefits. You will also assist with, and be knowledgeable in, all store operations, including opening and closing the store, administering returns, keeping the team on track and motivated to meet and exceed sales goals, and delegating daily responsibilities amongst sales associates.

QualificationsOur next Assistant Store Manager has:
2 years+ sales management, product sales, customer service experience, ideally in a specialty retail environment
Experience with leading, coaching, mentoring, and/or teaching a team (retail or otherwise)
Experience with computers and POS systems
A self-starter mentality that consistently delivers an outstanding, personalized retail experience
An open mind, and is eager to learn and be a part of the riding community
Motorcycle riding, knowledge, or interest
