We have an Assistant Store Manager opportunity with an exciting multichannel retailer.

In the role of Assistant Store Manager, you will ensure consistent delivery of excellent service and retail standards. You will be responsible for helping deliver store objectives including sales, inventory control and customer service, ensuring the company values and principles remain the foundation of team behaviour and interaction with customers.

Other key responsibilities in the role will include, driving sales through efficient planning, execution, and analysis. Effectively manage returns, complaints, and customer service issues, ensuring a positive outcome. Be involved with product launches and visual merchandising to business guidelines. Maintain visual standards that are in line with the merchandising presentation philosophy.
