Responsibilities

Included, but not limited to:

Provide exceptional customer service Delegate and oversee completion of all work on assigned shift Train new Team Members in essential Store Functions Work with vendors in accordance with company policy and procedures Maintain and oversee compliance of all loss prevention/cash control procedures Work with Store Manager and department managers in achieving sales and profitability goals Attend QuickChek University training classes as assigned at Corporate Support Center and/or Training Site Qualifications 1+ Year Food Service/Retail management experience preferred Availability to work various shiftsAbility to lead and work in a team environmentWillingness to travel to Support Center and other stores within assigned districtStrong attention to detailBasic computer skillsTimely arrival & excellent attendance record Physical Requirements Stand - ContinuouslyBend/Squat/Twist – FrequentlyReaching – FrequentlyWork in cold environment – OccasionallyLiftingUp to 10lbs – ContinuouslyUp to 25lbs – FrequentlyUp to 50lbs – RarelyPush/pull 40lbs – OccasionallyWalk – ContinuouslyStoop/Kneel/Crouch – OccasionallyGrasp/Pinch/Grip - Frequently Compensation Disclosure Statement Pay is from $19.00 - $20.00 / hour
