What will you do ?

In general your responsibilities will include but limited to ::

Ensure prompt, efficient and courteous guest service and effectively react to and resolve customer complaints.Forecast, order, stock and merchandise products (upon completion of appropriate training)Maintain a properly stocked, clean and friendly environment in the storeAid the reconciliation and completion of store operations daily paperworkSupport the franchisee to maximize sales and profitsIdentify and resolve sales obstaclesManagement, coaching and motivation of staffAssist in scheduling, training and coaching to develop top performing employeesMust be willing to be scheduled to work different shifts/days and be available to cover for absent staffBe willing and capable, after appropriate training, to run the store in the absence of the franchisee.

Education/Experience Required

High school diploma or GED. University degree a definite plus.A minimum of two years experience in retail or fast food management.Strong written, oral and mathematical skillsValid driver licence and a reliable transpiration

Physical Functions

Must be able to stand and/or walk for the entire shiftAbility to occasionally lift and/or carry up to 50 pounds from the ground to overheads up to an hour of the work day when needed.(to assistant and in stocking/maintaining inventory levels)Ability to push and pull with arms up to a force of 128 pounds (i.e. utilizing hand truck).Ability to bend at the waist.Will be required to occasionally climb a ladder and/or stool, kneel or crotch to store or retrieve material and/or place or remove signs.
