Assistant Store Manager
JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES\n\n\tAssist the manager in daily store activities.\n\tIf the manager is off, you assume all store manager duties.\n\tHelp assist with payroll and disciplinary actions.\n\tAssist with dispatching road service calls and making sure service is scheduled timely.\n\tManage mount/dismount technicians to hit and exceed monthly revenue numbers.\n\tManage all overtime according to business volume.\n\tMonitory Quality of all service work performed.\n\tShipping and receiving of all mounted tire and wheel recons orders.\n\tAssist sales department with scheduling incoming work to the shop.\n\tSubmit service department payables to Location Manager for approval and payment.\n\tScrap Tires disposal processing (OOSTA).\n\tHelp assist with New Hire Orientation for the store new hires.\n\tSchedule employee shifts\n\tHandle customer calls and issues\n\n
\nOTHER DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES\n\n\n\tOther duties can and will arise, and candidate should be prepared to take on these challenges openly.\n\n
\nEDUCATION & EXPERIENCE\n\n\n\tHigh School Degree or GED\n\n
\nREQUIREMENTS\n\n\n\tAbility to work in a fast paced, demanding environment. \n\tMust be able to work independently, and also in a team environment doing other job duties as assigned.\n\n
