Assistant Store Manager Details:

Direct Hire position$20.00 to $23.00 /hourFull Time work availableWeekend work requiredVarious shifts available (Monday through Saturday)40 hrs/week, variable shifts based on store needs)Assist Store Operations Support the Store Manager in meeting sales and operational goals.Mentor baristas and shift supervisors, fostering a positive and motivated team.Manage Inventory – Ensure stock levels are maintained and store displays are appealing.Address customer concerns and maintain a welcoming environment.Review sales trends and set future business goals.Scheduling & Safety – Optimize staff schedules and ensure a clean, safe store environment.

Assistant Store Manager Qualifications:

Experience: 5+ years in a related field, including 2+ years in a supervisory role.Leadership & Teamwork: Strong ability to manage, motivate, and train a team.Customer Service Excellence: Friendly and professional approach to problem-solving.Ability to multitask and work in a high-energy environment.Tech & Organization Skills: Familiarity with POS systems, scheduling, and inventory management.Applicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
