Insight Global is looking for an Assistant Superintendent for a CM client of ours that will support a Hospital Renovation in Brooklyn, NY. This project scope includes a cath lab, imaging floor, and behavior floor renovation with a projected completion date of Q1 2026. Candidates will partner with the General Superintendents and be in charge of overseeing building, mechanical, and electrical installation per the schedule, subcontractor management, conduct foreman meetings, and review change orders. Provide documentation of field variations from contract documents and maintain on the job as-built drawings to reflect these variations. Actively monitor the performance of work to assure good quality control, and to make certain that work, as installed, conforms with all plans and specifications. Ensure subcontractor compliance with the client's Safety Program and all applicable safety codes and regulations.
