Job Title: Assistant Superintendent/SuperintendentJob Description We are seeking an Assistant Superintendent/Superintendent for a 12-month project in Elkton, Maryland, with the potential for long-term work on additional projects in the area. You will report directly to our DC office and be part of a highly reputable and established commercial interiors general contracting firm. This is an exciting opportunity to work on College/University commercial construction projects, grow your career internally, and learn from experienced mentors and leaders. Responsibilities + Manage the job site in Elkton, Maryland. + Work closely with the Superintendent on commercial construction projects. + Handle RFIs, submittals, and other project documentation. + Communicate effectively with clients and run meetings with the field team, superintendent team, and subcontractors. Essential Skills + 3+ years of experience as an Assistant Superintendent or Superintendent on bridge projects. + Experience with RFIs, submittals, and working closely with a Superintendent on commercial construction projects. + Ability to communicate effectively with clients and run meetings with the field team and subcontractors. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience on pedestrian bridge projects. + Experience working on college or university construction projects. Work Environment This is a 100% on-site position in Elkton, Maryland.
