Job Summary:

As the Assistant Team Leader, you will play a vital role in providing clinical supervision and support to our dedicated team members.

In this role, you will assist with clinical supervision, ensure quality assurance standards are met, and act as a liaison with other teams and outside agencies. You will gather and prepare outcome data and client feedback for review, ensuring that our services are effective and impactful.

Key Responsibilities:
· Schedule and conduct supervision meetings with direct reports and perform quarterly field observations.
· Develop and implement an effective onboarding process for new team members, including orientation support and training plans.
· Provide guidance and mentorship to direct reports in clinical documentation and team well-being assessments.
· Monitor training requirements and provide feedback based on job responsibilities and professional development goals.
· Conduct annual succession planning assessments as prescribed by HR.
· Review service notes to assess quality and ensure compliance with treatment plans.
· Complete all service documentation prior to required deadlines and provide feedback during supervision.
· Monitor team performance focusing on access, efficiency, and effectiveness.
· Promote recovery-focused, trauma-informed, and culturally competent service delivery.
Education, Experience, and/or Credential Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in a social service-related field
· Three (3) years of working experience in a social services field
Additional Qualifications:
· Current driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and current auto insurance
· Access to a personal vehicle for business purposes
· Successful completion of background checks, including criminal record and abuse/neglect checks
Physical Requirements:
· Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, or pull objects.
· Repetitive movements of hands, fingers, and arms for typing and/or writing during work shifts.
· Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally, and all other sedentary criteria are met.
