Assistant Vice President, Corporate Servicing Team
We are seeking a talented individual to join our Corporate & Commercial team at Marsh. This role will be based in Singapore. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

Reporting to Corporate Team Leader in Marsh Singapore, the respective role(s) will oversee client management and advisory of insurance programs across Non-Specialty insurance solutions (Property, Casualty and Marine Cargo).

The successful candidate(s) will manage a portfolio of Corporate clients to ensure retention and collaborate with colleagues within Marsh and MMC to develop and deliver excellent value propositions in all aspects of insurance and risk management services.

We will count on you to:

Design and place suitable insurance programs for clients.

Support account team on large initiatives or complex accounts, implement action plans, monitor progress to ensure excellent service delivery.

Conduct research and prepare data analytics to support proposals for clients’ presentations and identify areas and trends for growth opportunities, particularly key industry focus.

Offer technical and transactional support to junior team members.

Develop strong relationship with clients and industry partners.

What you need to have?

At least 8 years of relevant experience in insurance industry including direct client facing role in insurance companies with CGI qualification (MAS licensed).

Good knowledge of local insurance business operations.

Highly motivated team player with strong interpersonal skills.

Proven experience in account management and strong professional network.

Keen eye for details, strong business acumen, demonstrated resilience and resourcefulness.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Points, Outlook)
