Position Summary:

The Assistant Vice President-Morgan Stanley at Work Marketing will be responsible for driving multi-channel event promotion, tax season marketing and automated marketing campaigns across the participant’s lifecycle. These effort tie to lead warming and overall engagement of products and services available to employees that receive Morgan Stanley at Work’s corporate services across Stock Plan Services, Retirement and Financial Wellness. This individual’s efforts will be directly connected to key strategic lifecycle communications to establish and build relationships with employees receiving workplace benefits from Morgan Stanley at Work. This individual will serve as the lead marketer for various campaigns and will lead the execution related to positioning, messaging, channel mix measurement/attribution.

Principal Areas of Responsibilities:
• Assist in building a compelling value proposition across B2C audiences for various programs and campaigns.
• Partner cross-functionally to help implement omnichannel tactics to engage key customer segments.
• Drive best-in-class growth and lifecycle communications across the customer journey while managing a delivery roadmap – areas of emphasis: events, tax and lifecycle moments
• Synthesize data insights across customer demographics and web analytics to optimize engagement touchpoints and improve conversions over time.
• Tap into customer insights and competitive intelligence to inform the go-to-market strategy and over time, improve adoption tactics.
• Actively engage with key stakeholders throughout the organization including technology, legal, compliance, risk, field communications, and other corporate marketing teams to drive key business initiatives.
• Evangelize the marketing experiences and associated journeys with internal stakeholders and key business partners.

• Bachelor's degree required plus a minimum of 5 years of marketing and/or communications experience within financial services
• Knowledge and passion for understanding the customer journey and client insights
• Solid analytical and leadership skills
• Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, client focus and organizational skills
• Strong ability to communicate present to large audiences
• Ability to simultaneously manage and prioritize multiple engagements
• Knowledge of legal and compliance policies related to financial service industry a plus
• Experience with leveraging multiple marketing channels
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, client focus and organizational skills
• Knowledge of legal and compliance policies related to financial service industry a plus

Salary range for the position: $85,000 - $135,000 Yr. The successful candidate may be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award. The successful candidate may be eligible to participate in the relevant business unit’s incentive compensation plan, which also may include a discretionary bonus component.
