Principal responsibilities

Key point of contact for Third Party Risk related matters Supporting the implementation of Third Party Risk policies.Liaising with Group Third Party Management, Procurement and Group Third Party Risk Compliance Assurance and Internal AuditProviding support and guidance to regional Third Party Risk Officers and stakeholders.Review of management information on Third Party RiskPrevious experience in risk management, specifically third party risk within a global organisation, working across cultures and within a complex matrix structure.Knowledge of Third Party Risk Managementregulatory frameworkProject Management experience desirableAbility to present complex issues confidentially and concisely using simple language to accommodate globally distributed stakeholders

Adequate knowledge of Group Operational Risk / Non Financial Risk FrameworkStrong verbal written communication skills that translates to communicating ideas clearly and influence a wide range of people including teams members, peers, senior stakeholders including Audit and Risk StewardsComfortable with working within a matrix organizational environmentStrong understanding of technology, regulatory landscape and third party risk/control disciplinesStrong stakeholder management and influencing skills, complemented by interpersonal skills with a proven ability to communicate effectively and confidently at all levels.Minimum 3-5 years of experience within1st line roles.Demonstrable problem-solving experience and supporting decision making process through active participation within Working GroupsHas foundational knowledge of the businesses supported by Wholesale Banking.
