Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Vice President, Wellbeing Leader
In this role, the wellbeing leader manages the overall well-being of the assigned employee base.
Responsibilities
· Represent Genpact to external teams (e.g. - Counsellors, CSR vendors) and lead governance and engagement with them
· Undertake periodic research and studies to enhance current frameworks and newer areas of opportunities
· Represent Well-being function with our clients and position Genpact as a leader in well-being
· Own the global well-being strategy and agenda. Bringing external breathing and using domain expertise to drive an employee-cantered well-being framework
· Lead the well-being team globally and drive employee engagement and well-being initiatives globally
· Design/ Program management experience
· Experience in running wellbeing/ Inclusion programs
Qualifications we seek in youMinimum Qualifications / Skills· Masters/Doctorate in the field of Psychology from an accredited university or college
· Proven rich and extensive experience in the field of Psychology
· Research experience with a capacity to conduct independent data analysis (qualitative and quantitative)
· Knowledge of Microsoft office processing (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to create compelling docs/presentations
· Proven experience in driving global initiatives in people and well-being
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to represent Genpact to a global audience 2
· Intensive experience in psych health, clinic health experience, ensuring counsellors are compliant with the education and experience background as required by the client.
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills· Experience in diversity and inclusion
· Prior experience in managing employee well-being initiatives
