This role is a seasoned and driven Commercial Real Estate Land & Industrial Transaction Manager with strong business development skills to join our dynamic team.

About the Role:

Responsible for land business in the assigned location/region.Identify new business opportunities in the area of land and Industrial propertiesPlan and execute assignment/s. May take control, documentation and issues pertaining to the project/sReview & prepare presentations, proposals. Provide inputs and solutions.Gather information through research; understand clients need and their business, provide timely responses to and enlisted timely responses from clients. Track purposes in appropriate databases.Keep abreast with new developments pertaining to business.Prepare reports on a(n) entity's/property's financial position outlining assumptions and valuation. May provide technical inputs, analysis and provide alternate solutionsInteract with team members & clients, with respect to analysis/informationStrong network with corporates, real estate developer community in Hyderabad, TS and APMust possess strong research, quantitative, analytical, and strong problem-solving skills.

About You:

Minimum 5-6 years of relevant experience in real estate transactions involving Land and or Industrial properties, having experience in managing & mentoring a teamExcellent verbal and written communications skillsAbility to “think on the feet”Level Headed with Strong Analytic and Logic SkillsExcellent Problem solving skillsHighly motivated self starterCommitment levels to be extremely high.Respect for deadlinesHigh degree of discipline and understanding of corporate conductDemonstrated ability of having presented reports/concepts to client and senior management.Demonstrated experience of managing a team of inter-disciplinary individualsSelf-driven individual with execution & client query handling responsibilities.
