Job Description Summary

This role is responsible for the strategy and execution of critical marketing initiatives in a local market, from start to finish. This includes managing and assisting with the overall coordination, collaboration, and development of market-leading marketing and business development content and sales support collateral.

About the Role:

Strong network with corporates, real estate developer community in West India as well as Pan IndiaMust possess strong research, quantitative, analytical, and strong problem-solving skills.Demonstrated working experience in two or more of the following streams: strategic advisory, market studies/benchmarking, business strategy &; planning, project conceptualization & development mix assessment, market entry, growth strategies, performance enhancement, DPR/ feasibility assessment, highest and best use studies, bid price assessment, etc.Working knowledge of real estate financial modelling for valuations (DCF, Cost based, Asset Based, etc.) and financial statement preparation/analysis for development consulting

About You:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills.Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience in real estate consulting & valuationsDemonstrated ability of having presented reports/concepts to client and senior management.Demonstrated experience of managing a team of inter-disciplinary individualsSelf-driven individual with execution & client query handling responsibilities.
