The WM and U.S. Banks Financial Crimes Risk Team is embedded within the Firm’s business line. It is responsible for identifying, assessing, and escalating potential money laundering and reputational risk issues associated with higher risk client types. Morgan Stanley is seeking an Assistant Vice President (AVP) to provide support to the U.S. Banks Financial Crimes Risk Office (FCRO) team.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead and provide Project Management support for initiatives identified by the U.S. Banks FCRO team
· Assess current state business processes and help design and develop a robust framework and effective business processes for the First Line Financial Crimes Risk platform
· Facilitate and host meeting discussions for project tracking, problem solving, and addressing and escalating issues
· Influence and collaborate effectively with the First Line Financial Crimes Risk and their stakeholders
· Monitor deliverables and ensure timely completion of projects
· Develop concise and effective presentations for senior leadership
· Perform and oversee the Currency Transaction Reporting (CTR) review process
· Actively identify and define the improvement opportunities for CTR process

commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is

other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.
