RESPONSIBILITIES :

Develop and deliver complex data solutions to accomplish technology and business goals.

Code design and delivery tasks associated with the integration, cleaning, transformation and control of data in operational and analytics data systems.

Participate in estimating work necessary to realize a story/requirement through the delivery lifecycle.

Code complex solutions to integrate, clean, transform and control data in operational and/or analytics data systems per the defined acceptance criteria.

Build processes supporting data transformation, data structures, metadata, data quality controls, dependency and workload management.

Define and build data pipelines that enable faster, better, data-informed decision-making within the business.

Interface with key stakeholders and apply technical proficiency across different stages of software development life cycle including requirement elicitation, application architecture definition and design.

Create high level and detailed level design artifacts and deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, performing validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty.

Create and maintain detailed documentation of functional, system, user and reporting requirements, including Use Cases, Process Flow Diagrams, Report Specifications and Data Mapping & Flow Diagrams.

Perform data-governance and regulatory reporting initiatives for a large bank from inception to completion and maintenance, including: collecting business requirements, data analysis and translation into Data Solutions Specifications.

Utilize programming language, including Java, and J2EE and databases Oracle, SQL Server, and Sybase.

Remote work may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering (any), Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Computer Information Systems or related; and

5 years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or a related IT occupation.

Must include 5 years of experience in each of the following:
