The Assistant Vice President – Development is a member of the executive team responsible for overseeing the liaison program of the organization. The focus of the liaison program is to increase patient referrals to the organization from physicians, home health agencies, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, rehabilitation facilities and other potential referral sources.
QualificationsMINIMUM EDUCATION
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE
Minimum of ten years in healthcare provider organizations as a liaison or liaison supervisor/manager/director.

REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND ABILITIES
Strong interpersonal and creative skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, enthusiastic personality, strong organizational skills, the ability to work flexible hours, ability to work independently, provide own transportation, first-rate computer skills, detail oriented with the ability to work on multiple projects at a time.
