**RESPONSIBILITIES** **:**
+ Design tools and services that enable business strategies in accordance with architectural governance, standards, and policies.
+ Facilitate the deployment of technical solutions by developing templates, playbooks, and automation to be used during implementation.
+ Assist in translating business requirements into technical designs for deployment in compliance with architecture standards and policies to ensure successful implementation into production.
+ Act as a consultant on network technologies where they are a subject matter expert.
+ Work on Service Request Fulfillment queue, including successful completion of requests and maintain data quality standards.
+ Design and engineer SRF tickets based on Customer requirements using Python Scripts.
+ Implement changes within specific change windows once approved by the various departments.
+ Troubleshoot and identify network firewall related issues using various Splunk, Forti Analyzer, and Checkpoint smart tracker.
+ Utilize firewall management tools Fortimanager and Checkpoint Smart Console to block unsecured Networks and unknown users in line with security processes.
+ Utilize in-depth knowledge on Fortinet and Checkpoint firewalls to deliver best security practices to customers.
+ Analyze Firewall logs to determine how traffic is routed through the network while identifying any firewall blocks.
+ Remote work may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite.
**REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE** **:**
+ Master's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Engineering (any), or related: and
+ 2 years of experience in the job offered or a related IT occupation.
+ Must include 2 years of experience in each of the following:
+ Designing and engineering SRF tickets based on Customer requirements using Python Scripts;
