Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Vice President-MDM (Master Data Management) Architect
We are seeking a highly skilled MDM (Master Data Management) Architect to design, implement, and manage MDM solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of data governance, data quality, and integration processes. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop end-to-end solutions that meet business requirements and align with the organization's IT strategy.
Responsibilities
Technical Leadership
Design and implement Informatica/Reltio/SAP MDG MDM solutions to meet business requirements
Develop and maintain MDM architecture, data models, and data governance policies
Collaborate with data stewards, business stakeholders, and IT teams to ensure data quality and integrity
Solution Design and Implementation
Design and develop MDM solutions using Informatica/Reltio/SAP MDG, including data modeling, mapping, and workflows
Implement data validation, data cleansing, and data transformation rules
Develop and maintain MDM data governance policies, procedures, and standards
Integration and Interoperability
Collaborate with integration teams to design and implement MDM integrations with other systems and applications
Ensure seamless data exchange between MDM and other systems, such as CRM, ERP, and data warehouses
Data Quality and Governance
Develop and maintain data quality metrics, dashboards, and reports
Collaborate with data stewards to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency
Implement data governance policies, procedures, and standards
Operations and Support
Provide technical support for MDM solutions, including troubleshooting and issue resolution
Collaborate with IT teams to ensure MDM system performance, scalability, and reliability
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
experience in MDM, data governance, and data integration
experience with MDM Tool Informatica/Reltio/SAP MDG.
Technical Skills
Informatica/Reltio/SAP MDG MDM.
Data modeling, data governance, and data quality
Data integration, ETL, and data warehousing
SQL, Java, and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Perl)
Experience with Agile development methodologies
Soft Skills
Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a focus on finding innovative solutions to complex challenges.
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Strong expertise in solution design, architecture, and implementation of large-scale systems and applications.
Ability to translate business needs into solution architecture requirements.
Proficiency in evaluating and selecting appropriate technologies, platforms, and tools for specific projects.
Leadership experience and the ability to mentor and guide development teams.
Ability to define multiple solution options to business problems.
Ability to quickly comprehend the functions and capabilities of new technologies.
Ability to quickly absorb the present technology architecture and build incremental solutions.
