Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Vice President - SCMSME

Genpact is seeking anMDM SME to join its Supply Chain Management.

The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated consultant with experience in designing implementing solutions in Supply Chain Management. The candidate placed will align as an AVP SCM SME.

Responsibilities

· Experience in all areas such as production scheduling, Import Planning, 3rdParty Manufacturing, inventory management or supply/operations and demand planning is preferred

· Strong Process Re-engineering, Improvement, and Implementation experience

· Strong Communication in English– both oral and written skills. Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management and peers, both internally and externally

· Self-motivated and independent personality with strong negotiation problem-solving skills

· Strong understanding of supply chain and supply planning business drivers, organization structures and key metrics. Well-developed interpersonal / communication skills.

· Demonstrates problem solving skills and working under tight timelines; multi-tasking abilities; exception-based management capability.

· The ability to lead and scale up large teams with a continuously improved mind-set.

· Experience managing and building customer relationship

· Ability to balance priorities across multiple internal and external stakeholders

· Ability to learn new systems quickly and leverage systems and information to influence others

· Sound understanding of Supply Planning, Demand Planning, MRP, Fulfilment Logistics.

· The position is responsible for managing the supply chain team across all SCM verticals.

· Responsible for delivering client SLA/KPI.

· Driving value unlock projects and identifying opportunities to enhance current processes.

· Strong in maintaining clientrelationship.

· Strong in driving processes with the team and stakeholder.

· Shouldbe a problem solver and team motivator by setting examples.

Minimum Qualifications

· Graduate in Operations, Supply Chain Management / Engineering / Business or related field with understanding of applications such as SAP or other ERP/APS software experience and strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite required.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

· Supply Chain related experience, preferably in CPG/Consumer Electronics company

· Working knowledge of any of the ERP Planning systems like SAP, Blue Yonder, Kinaxis, O9 etc.

· Knowledge of Analytical tools like Power BI, Tableau
