**Responsibilities** **:**
+ Design and develop complex requirements to accomplish business goals.
+ Ensure that software is developed to meet functional, non-functional, and compliance requirements.
+ Ensure solutions are well designed with maintainability/ease of integration and that testing is built in from the outset.
+ Contribute to story refinement and define requirements.
+ Participate in estimating work necessary to realize a story/requirement through the delivery lifecycle.
+ Perform spike/proof of concept as necessary to mitigate risk or implement new ideas.
+ Design, automate, and maintain large scale and enterprise-wide web applications using Pega, Oracle, and Java.
+ Utilize customer UI and interaction techniques to build frictionless multiple factor user authentication, credential maintenance, and authentication step up flows in digital and associate channels.
+ Engineer and design continuous integration, continuous deployment, build tool, version control, and test-driven development tools utilizing Pega.
+ Design test-driven automation frameworks using middleware technologies including SOAPUI, REST, XML, and JSON.
+ Design and develop new proof of concept projects to enhance current software systems to handle increased traffic and larger datasets with cutting edge technologies including Elasticsearch, Redis, and Kafka.
+ Remote work may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite.
**Required Skills & Experience** **:**
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Engineering (any), or related: and
+ 5 years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or a related IT occupation.
+ Must include 5 years of experience in each of the following:
+ Designing, automating, and maintaining large scale and enterprise-wide web applications using Pega, Oracle, and Java;
+ Utilizing customer UI and interaction techniques to build frictionless multiple factor user authentication, credential maintenance, and authentication step up flows in digital and associate channels;
