About The Team

The Website Merchandising Team is responsible for delivering a superior site experience for the customer by using data and customer insights to deliver easy, inspiring product discovery and helpful, intuitive, content-rich product pages. 

About The Role
This position is responsible for executing our online merchandise strategies while working closely with cross-functional partners across the brand.

Responsibilities 

Maintain a best-in-class, inspiring, friction-free, and product-accurate website experience for our Upholstery department Partner cross functionally to execute seasonal deliverables and site optimizations Execute seasonal and ad-hoc product setup activities in web content management systems Work with large datasets in Excel to complete daily and ad-hoc tasks Perform and maintain competitive website analysis, keep abreast of market trends and eCommerce trends to recommend enhancements to site merchandising features and capabilities Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and workflow blockers as they arise Assist with maintenance and accuracy of detailed product roadmaps Assist with departmental data needs for image rendering team Assist with user acceptance testing for regular product launches Support all site merchandising, site management, and marketing activities

Criteria 

Bachelors Degree required, plus 1-2 years in retail e-commerce (website merchandising, digital marketing, or digital project coordination preferred) Strong attention to detail: ability to work with large datasets with accuracy and precision, carefully follows instructions to complete tasks  Able to work constructively and effectively with a broad group of business partners Ability to deal with ambiguity in a fast-paced and changing environment Ability to think objectively, anticipate problems, and suggest creative solutions Demonstrates strong personal ownership, completing assigned work independently with ability to meet deadlines on-time Intermediate experience in Excel (working knowledge with pivot tables and v-lookups), PowerPoint, and Outlook, plus strong communication skills Experience using Airtable, Web Content Management systems, Adobe Analytics are a plus but not required This role requires being onsite in our San Francisco office Monday through Thursday and Friday as optional in the office

The expected starting pay range for this position is $27.00 - $33.00 a hour. Applicable pay ranges may differ across markets. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. In addition to competitive pay, compensation may include a variety of other components like benefits, paid time off, merit, and bonus opportunities.
