Pay: $33.65 per hour About the Position Position is primarily responsible for supporting the daily functions on Assisted Living and The Terrace. In collaboration with the Assisted Living Administrator, the Assisted Living Coordinator plans, organizes, and supports the overall operations of Assisted Living in accordance with federal and regulations. This includes supporting the Assisted Living Administrator in daily operations and obtaining and disseminating information to stakeholders. Key Duties + Creates the monthly staffing schedule and enters it into OnShift. Updates daily staffing based on changes. Works collaboratively with the nursing supervisor and Assisted Living Administrator to ensure adequate staffing. + In collaboration with the Assisted Living Administrator, conducts performance evaluations and provides ongoing training. + Performs daily rounds to monitor team member compliance with established policies and procedures. + Collaborates with Sales for internal and external residents that may be interested in transitioning to Assisted Living and The Terrace. Provides tours, appropriate documentation, and coordination to ensure the team is available and prepared to interact with the individual to create a positive experience + Acts as a point of contact for all new admissions. Oversees completion of regulatory documents to include the disclosure statement and letter of assurance prior to admission. Provides completed admission checklist to Assisted Living Administrator. Job Requirements + Must be a licensed Assisted Living Administrator or currently in an AIT program. + Must have a Bachelor’s degree or higher. + Experience with data entry and proficient computer skills is required. + Excellent verbal and written communication skills required. + Must possess the ability to deal tactfully with others.
