Job Summary Always Best Care Senior Services – Oahu seeks experienced and skilled Assisted Living Facilities-Nurse Aide, M.A., RN, and LPN to join our team. This is a full-time position to provide essential direct patient care and monitor activities of daily living, maintaining a safe and clean environment, and promoting long-term care in an Assisted Living Facility (ALF). The role will be based in Honolulu, HI with competitive compensation and an array of benefits. Compensation & Benefits This position offers a competitive salary and an array of benefits including health insurance, dental insurance, and vision insurance. The salary is equivalent to $18 to $42 per hour, and is paid weekly.   Scheduling Options : Flexible scheduling Choose your own shifts Full-time/ Part-time On-call positions Workplace Selection: Multiple facilities to choose from, select a workplace/ Clients that suit your preferences Responsibilities • Provide direct patient care in accordance with plan of care. • Provide a safe and clean environment to promote long-term care. • Change bed linens and pads. • Assist with exercise, diet, and activities of daily living. • Take and record vitals, weights, diet assignments, output and intake, and other data as required. • Report any changes in the resident’s condition to the appropriate professional, supervisor, or nurse. • Follow required safety procedures and use appropriate safety equipment. • Transport residents to appointments and activities using wheelchair or stretcher. • Participate in staff in-service training and other related in-service meetings.
