**Assisted Sales Representative - TP Lnk** Location**GA - KENNESAW** ActionLink is hiring Seasonal Assisted Sales Representativeswho will be responsible for all aspects of client training, salessupport, and special events in their assigned retailer store fronts. The Assisted SalesRepresentatives are also responsible for incremental Month over Month and Year over Year store level salesgrowth for their assigned retailers. **What you will do: ** + **Weekend Warrior: **6 hour shifts on Saturdays and Sundays or 4 hour shifts on Friday evenings, Saturdays and Sundays + **This is a seasonal program running through January 5, 2025.** + **Provide Sales Support** + Identify sales opportunities at store level (ads, inventory, traffic awareness) + Schedule and conduct in-store sales events + Monitor inventory levels and communicate with manufacturer and retailer appropriately + **Train all department personnel through ongoing sales floor and classroom sessions** + Product knowledge, hardware and solution overview, features and benefits, new product orientations + Evaluate store staff demonstration capability + Conduct sales skills assessment and provide coaching, if applicable + **Complete reports same day as store visit** **What we offer:** + $18.00-$19.00 per hour plus Spiff incentives + Paid training to prepare you for success! **If you are a match, we would love to connect with you!** + Minimum requirement of a High School diploma with a 2+ yr. college degree preferred + Minimum of six months training or sales retail experience + Thorough knowledge about all selected retailer requirements + Experience presenting to large groups (over 5 attendees) + Awareness of retail sales incentive programs is desirable + Prior experience working on a similar structured program is preferred but not required + Must be willing to travel within assigned market on a regular basis and have reliable transportation + Able to work flexible hours **Physical Requirements:** + Able to travel locally to assigned store locations. + Tech ready - use a computer, phone, and other standard office equipment. + Mobile and able to sit and/or stand for 4-6 hours and lift up to 30lbs. \#TPL
