Assoc Admin Assistant
Overview Assoc Admin Assistant Responsibilities Cash handling, and settlement process Assist with weekly payroll Coordinating meeting and external events Preparing and handling highly confidential information Maintaining content, accuracy, and visual organization of files (or informational databases) Managing, updating, and appropriately communicating documental documents Managing departmental projects as assigned Preparing power point presentations Perform tasks associated with location support responsibilities, including customer interactions, visitors, mail, email, and telephone support Process payments for supplier invoices Perform general administrative support Perform market level trend reporting and admin back-up within market Multi-task in a fast-paced environment Show strong attention to detail and communicate effectively with internal and external customers Demonstrate self-motivation and initiative Demonstrate strong computer skills in Excel, Work, PowerPoint Compensation and Benefits: The expected compensation range for this position is between $37,000 - $58,950 Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
