Overview This position contributes to the success of Pepsi Beverages North America by providing administrative support to the Lorton, VA. location. Hours of responsibility: Monday – Friday; 9:00am – 5:30pm. Responsibilities Front Desk Support Reconciliation of all GLs and Logbooks CTS Cases and Documentation Research Override Code Data Entry Backup Cashier Daily Geo and FSV Routes Backup Location LPO – Calero Mobile Device Portal Maintain Refund Tracker with supporting documentation requests that are updated on a daily/weekly basis. Maintain accurate and organized document archiving while executing PepsiCo Document Record Retention policy concerning all required administrative processes supported. Schedule monthly meetings with location leadership to review necessary documents for Control & Compliance. Compensation and Benefits: • The expected compensation range for this position is between $40,700 - $64,850. • Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Qualifications High School Diploma/ GED required. Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred. 3+ years of experience providing administrative process influence in similar industry. Prior bookkeeping experience and/or general accounting principal knowledge required. Detailed knowledge and experience in Microsoft Word, Teams, and Excel. Aptitude to work with minimal supervision. Experience in prioritizing work and multi-tasking, with a strong sense of urgency. Outstanding organization, time management, and strong communication skills. Attention to detail. Ability to lift to 50 pounds, work while standing and complete repetitive lift & bend actions.
