Overview Assoc Admin Assistant Responsibilities Cash handling, coordinating meeting and external events Preparing and handling highly confidential information Maintaining content, accuracy, and visual organization of files (or informational databases) Managing, updating, and appropriately communicating documental documents Managing departmental projects as assigned Preparing power point presentations Perform tasks associated with location support responsibilities, including customer interactions, visitors, mail, email, and telephone support Process payments for supplier invoices Process payroll weekly Perform general administrative support Perform market level trend reporting and admin back-up within market Multi-task in a fast-paced environment Show strong attention to detail and communicate effectively with internal and external customers Demonstrate self-motivation and initiative Demonstrate strong computer skills in Excel, Work, PowerPoint Compensation and Benefits: The expected compensation range for this position is between $38,700 - $61,850. Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Qualifications 3+ years of bookkeeping and/or banking experience preferred. Must be proficient in data entry with knowledge of current computer software programs, especially Excel and Teams. SAP experience preferred. Must be a strong team player and assist others when necessary. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience in prioritizing work and multi-tasking, with a strong sense of urgency. Outstanding organization, time management, and follow-up skills. Responsible and reliable. Self-motivated and proactive. Aptitude to work with minimal supervision – set goals, create and implement action plans, and monitor progress toward goals.
