How you will contribute

Job Description:

Associate Brand Manager, Seasonal Candy & Snacks will be responsible for the end-to-end in-year delivery and strategic growth plans of the Mondelez Seasonal Portfolio. The Portfolio is both a top focus and a strategic priority within our larger 2030 Growth Ambition; to date we’ve been outpacing the category by 3x. The ABM will have the unique opportunity to drive rapid change and growth on this business with a dedicated cross-functional team. This role will also have exposure in executing brand strategy across equity, portfolio, quality, communication, and activation plans.

How you will contribute:

Working across brand and cross-functional teams, you will manage the in-year commercial Seasonal business and future year growth plans. You will lead recommendations for integrated commercial plans and develop and execute marketing plans that deliver on revenue and share objectives. You will ensure P&L delivery by ensuring efficient execution of the launch plan, programming tactics, managing the brand budget, and making informed prioritization and resource allocation decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Support Seasonal Brand Managers by leading business critical innovation, commercialization, and renovation projects.Lead (in collaboration with insights / cross functional partners) new Seasonal launches, including commercialization & post-launch tracking.Partner with Revenue Growth Management (RGM) & Finance to develop and execute PPA strategy, including new count sizes, pricing, and margin improvement.Partner with Sales to develop selling stories and foster partnership with key strategic customers.Partner with E2E, BD, and brand teams to develop long term capacity plans and ARs to drive future Seasonal growth.Independent analysis combined with partnership with consumer insights to develop deep understanding of the consumer and category dynamics to inform winning, relevant innovation across channels.Own Summer Strategy: participate in IBP, consumer strategy, distribution drive strategy, innovation pipeline development and organic social.

Qualifications:

1-5 years’ work experienceBachelor’s degree required.
