This role reports to a Dynamic Deployment Pod Lead and influences Brand, Sales and R&D leadership in the BUs as well as cross-functional leaders to drive growth through maximizing the outcome of business decisions and adoption of superior capabilities and ways of working. **In this role, you will:** + Shapes and delivers best in class consumer and marketplace research uncovering strategically significant insights and ideas that drive growth for Clorox BUs across all aspects of base business growth, category and consumer experience, brand equity evolution, innovation, revenue growth management, design to value, price pack architecture, portfolio optimization and other business needs. + Provides strategic consulting to BUs and proactively delivers thought leadership that maximizes the outcome of business decisions through Consumer Obsession lens. + Demonstrates industry leading expertise in specific domains of insights capabilities or subject matter areas. Provides functional leadership in these spaces, including establishing best practices, driving functional innovation, training and coaching. + Leads capability building and continuous modernization in areas of expertise to ensure competitive advantage for Clorox insights capabilities. + Leads integration and sharing of knowledge, cross-pollination of winning ideas and approaches across Clorox BUs. + Maintains a strong external focus in areas of expertise, proactively bringing in fresh ideas that strengthen Clorox competencies, capabilities and ways of working. + Develops strong cross-functional relationships and drives business partner education and engagement to maximize insights ROI through superior execution of ideas that fuel growth. **What we look for:** + 10+ years of broad Market Research experience + 5+ years of previous business (client)-side research experience, preferably in CPG industry + Strong evidence base of ability to drive significant business outcomes through superior insights + Strong evidence base of ability to influence business direction as a strategic consultant + Strong evidence base of prior transformational capability building success **Skills and Abilities** **:** + Strong Leadership - passion for thought leadership in insights and ability to drive progress + Persuasive - ability to influence business team + Results Orientation - proven driver of business impact + Passion - demonstrated passion for insights and their application to drive the business + Courage - willing to speak up and take an unpopular stance + Synthesis - ability to integrate varied information into a holistic and cohesive perspective + Communication - strong written, verbal, and persuasive skills + Collaboration - ability to work with varied functions and roles to effectively drive results + Expertise - exceptional research skills, experience, and critical thinking ability + Business Acumen - strong understand of business operations and passion to play a business role **Demonstrated Ability** : + Uncover and integrate multiple sources to craft an effective story to influence business decisions + Concisely and persuasively deliver the right insights to inform specific business decisions + Influence within the organization and drive excellence for the Insights function and Clorox as a whole **\#LI - Hybrid** **Workplace type:** Hybrid - 3 days in office, 2 at home **We seek out and celebrate diverse backgrounds and experiences. The applicable salary range for every role in the U.S. is based on your work location and is aligned to one of three zones according to the cost of labor in your area. –Zone A: $144,200 - $289,900 –Zone B: $132,200 - $265,700 –Zone C: $120,200 - $241,600 All ranges are subject to change in the future.
