About The Job:

The Identity and Access Management (IAM) platform infrastructure is comprised of multiple verticals including Halo C (Consumer), Halo CW (Cricket), Halo E (Enterprise / Workforce), Halo FN (FirstNet), Halo B (Business), Halo Access, Sailpoint. This position will provide application delivery support and technical leadership for the operational team providing delivery shared services (Application Software Deployments, Infrastructure Deployments, Release Management, Operations Scrum Team Management, Vulnerability Management, Change Management, SOX Compliance) across all of these verticals. Each of the impacted lines of business is critical to the continued success of key AT&T offerings in the Consumer, Business, Enterprise and Workforce domains.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Provide direction to CSO IAM Team Leads responsible for operational support of Identity & Access Management services

Provide direction to CSO IAM Team Leads responsible for operational approval of final scope of functional deployments

Provide direction to CSO IAM Team Leads responsible for creation of deployment plans for maintenance deployments

Provide direction to CSO IAM Team Leads responsible for managing the deployment of functional and maintenance Change Requests

Manage the relationship with key clients (MyAT&T, OPUS, FirstNet, Cricket)

Engage operational resources and coordinate troubleshooting during outages and other production events

Oversee PI Planning activities for CSO IAM Operations in coordination with Product and Program Teams

Publish monthly and ad-hoc executive reports of CSO IAM platform availability metrics to senior leadership

Enforce policies to achieve consistency in Release Management activities across the CSO IAM portfolio

Enforce policies to achieve consistency in operational Scrum Master activities across the CSO IAM portfolio

Manage the mitigation of vulnerabilities under operational control across the CSO IAM portfolio


Qualifications:

Requires 3-5 years of experience managing the operations of Information Technology solutions

Requires bachelor’s degree preferably in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering or Cybersecurity related fields

Requires excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders

Requires Daily Office Presence (5 days a week) at one of the listed locations.

Education:

Requires bachelor’s degree preferably in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering or Cybersecurity related fields

Experience:

Typically requires 3-5 years of experience

Our Assoc Director-Cybersecurity, earns between $155,400.00-$233,200.00 USD Annual, not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
