When you step into a career with AT&T, you won’t just imagine the future-you’ll create it. **About the Job:** + Supervise the NESA team's project activities to ensure alignment with business objectives and meet business demands. + Oversee the NESA team's daily operations including adherence to corporate security standards and policy compliance. + Manage escalations and facilitate cross team collaborations. + Plan and support leadership strategically in major initiatives, such as the Nokia NIAM v25 upgrade. + Provide comprehensive administrative support to both employees and contractors. **Qualifications:** + A 4-year degree in a STEM major from a reputable college or university. + At least 10 years of experience working in Information Technology (IT) projects involving computing systems (e.g., Linux) and software programming (e.g., Java). + At least 3 years of experience of leading and managing a team of engineers on design and development of IT software applications and systems. + Extensive experience in interacting and collaborating with diverse teams across various domains, including the Chief Security Office, Chief Information Office, Network Chief Technology, Network Engineering, and Operations. + Experience in interacting and collaborating with external third-party vendors, such as Nokia, Ericsson, CyberArk, and SailPoint, on project work through Statements of Work and Professional Services contracts. **Education:** Preferred Masters degree in Information Systems, Engineering or Cyber Security related fields. **Experience:** Typically requires 8-10 years experience. **Supervisory:** Yes.
